About IFA Websites
IFA Websites is a blog about just that – how IFAs and financial advisers should get the best from their websites and social media, through hints, tips, articles and support. Still some adviser firms don’t have a web presence, even a token poster website. Social media in financial services is still a relatively new area, even though the rest of the world has been moving forward at speed. What this blog aims to do is demonstrate value in using websites and social media to benefit a financial advisers’ business and to also showcase the best in class in financial services.
Who and why
This site is run by Rob Mason and is a project from Sponge Project. I’ve got over ten years experience in the financial services sector, working predominantly with or for IFAs and financial advisers on software and internet related offerings and more latterly in the eCommerce team for a leading product provider looking after B2B and B2C channels. It is this experience that I will draw upon to support financial advisers with developing their websites and online presence through IFA Websites.
