An introduction to search marketing – Part 2: Natural search

As we saw in part 1 of “An introduction to search marketing”, natural search applies to the listings in search engine results pages (aka: SERPS) that appear based on their relevance to the terms the customer used. It’s also sometimes called organic search. Search Engine Optimisation is the method used to improve natural search rankings. How the relevancy of these sites was arrived at is based on either on-site and/or off-site elements.
